  • Total 1.8 million barrel storing capacity.
  • 2 nos of Crude Pre-Heater to heat the incoming crude from 25°C to 38°C. Total quantity from shell side is 115.517 kg/hr and from tube side is 751.734 kg/hr.
  • Hot Oil Heating system CPSF-A-005 is designed for 135.300 BOPD flow rate.
  • Vapour Recovery System for both existing and new facility. For one of the system’s capacity at summer is 1.1 MMSCFD and at winter is 1.3 MMSCFD. For other system at summer is 1.3 MMSCFD and at winter is 1.5MMSCFD.
  • 7 nos of Export Oil Pumps are designed for 35.172 BOPD and Karagel Export Oil Pump is designed for 30.191 BOPD flow rate.
  • 8 nos of metering skid. 5 of them are designed for 211.300 BOPD and three of them are designed for 135.300 BOPD.
